At Coldest, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home cooling essentials. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the items.
